About the AutoShip Program ...

 

1. Your Purchasing Department issues a "blanket" purchase order number to Nellcor (a blanket order covers shipment of remanufactured sensors whenever the hospital has credit available based on used sensors being returned for recycling).

2. Your hospital sends used sensors to Sensortech in Nellcor-provided containers.

3. Sensortech counts, sorts and inspects used sensors to determine the number of qualifying sensors and the case credits earned.

4. Nellcor "auto ships" remanufactured sensors to your hospital the same day containers are received, based on the case credits earned.

5. Nellcor sends an email and FAX to your hospital notifying you of the "auto shipment" made that day from the Sensortech - Monterey Bay Distribution Center.

6. Nellcor invoices your hospital for the number of cases of remanufactured sensors "auto shipped" that day.
