About the WebDirect Program ...
1. Your hospital sends used sensors to Sensortech in Sensortech-provided containers.
2. Sensortech counts, sorts and inspects used sensors to determine the number of qualifying sensors and the case credits earned.
3. Sensortech retains your case credit entitlement history.
4. You may order remanufactured sensors either:
a) through access to your account's available remanufactured sensor balance on Sensortech's's website (under the "Place Orders" tab); or,
b) by placing your order with Sensortech by email (orders@oxiprep.com), telephone (1-877-OXIPREP) or fax (831-658-0820).
5. Your hospital issues a one-time purchase order number to Nellcor - NO NEED to qualify a new vendor!
6. Sensortech ships remanufactured sensors to your hospital the same day.
7. Sensortech sends an email and FAX to your hospital notifying you of the shipment made that day from the Sensortech - Monterey Bay Distribution Center .
8. Nellcor invoices your hospital for the number of cases of remanufactured sensors shipped by Sensortech per your one-time PO Number.
