About the WebDirect - JIT Program ...

1. Your hospital sends used sensors to Sensortech in Sensortech-provided containers.

2. Sensortech counts, sorts and inspects used sensors to determine the number of qualifying sensors and the case credits earned.

3. Sensortech retains your case credit entitlement history

4. Your JIT distributor orders remanufactured sensors either:

a) through access to your account information on Sensortech's website (under the "Place Orders" tab); or,

b) by having a Nellcor representative call your hospital's JIT distributor on a periodic (they specify the time period) basis with case credit balance information and a request for a purchase order number.

5. Your hospital's JIT distributor issues a one-time purchase order number to Nellcor.

6. Sensortech ships remanufactured sensors from the Sensortech - Monterey Bay Distribution Center to your hospital's JIT distributor the same day .

7. Sensortech sends an email and FAX to your hospital's JIT distributor notifying them of the shipment made that day.

8. Nellcor invoices your hospital's JIT distributor for the number of cases of remanufactured sensors shipped by Sensortech per the PO Number your organization has issued.
